1) As you walk in the store, clock in on When I Work.
2) As you arrive at the booth check in on Tally app and on GroupMe; for Group Me check in post in the following format in the check in/out page:
Selfie style picture with your face and the booth both in the picture.
“In (name of city/ store)“
Total number of starting units
3) Tidy up the booth. If there is any trash in the area, toss it. Make sure the display is presentable.

1) At 8:30pm begin writing the checkout post. You will need:
Picture of booth (Fully cleaned with inventory pulled forward towards front of booth).
Out (name of city/ store)
Total sales in dollar amount with what products you sold listed
Remaining Inventory
2) Check out on the tally app on the checkout section
3) Clock out on When I Work

#1) Arrive by 8:30 for setup.
#2) Find the front manager and ask them where the setup location will be.
“Hi I’m setting up the Sunday roadshow, what aisle do you want us to set up on?”
#3) While in receiving grab a pallet jack to move setup pallets to client specifications and plastic wrap to wrap any unused inventory at the end of setup.
#4) Bring pallet jack and wrap to the setup location, use the pallet jack to move the pallets currently there into the nearest aisle (unless Costco staff offers to move them for you).
#5) Go to the computer near the checkout and ask for Costco staff to help print out large price tags and tag sleeves using the item numbers (1820261, 1820262, 1712783). Put the price signs above the product they represent.
#6) Take clear pictures of each pallet as they arrive before cutting open the wrap.
#7) Ask the receiving manager to bring 4 empty pallets to stack underneath our weed killers to raise the height of the inventory.
#8) Begin unpacking the demo materials from the black duffel bags and assemble the banner frame, then set the banner onto the frame.
#9) Unpack and assemble the display table.
#10) Use the pallet jack to align one pallet of weed killers and one pallet of fertilizer in front of the banner.
#11) Once the inventory and display are both set, take pictures of the booth once completed.
#12) Throw away any trash from the setup at the back of the store to the bailor. Be sure that the plastic and cardboard gets sorted properly.
#13) Return the pallet jack and plastic wrap to where you got it from.

#1) At 3pm go to the receiving manager and ask them if they can bring forward all of our remaining pallets to consolidate the remaining inventory. Help them locate the pallets if needed.
#2) Go to receiving and grab a pallet jack and plastic wrap to wrap the remaining pallets.
#3) At 6pm begin taking down the display table and banner to return them to their original packaging inside the black duffel bags.
#3) Count all the remaining inventory once Costco brings forward all the back inventory.
#4) Wrap all the remaining pallets from the bottom corner of the pallet directly below the inventory and continue to wrap layers around the inventory until you’ve reached 5-7 layers of plastic wrap.
#5) Wrap the display item duffel bags to a separate pallet by itself securely.
#6) Take clear pictures of all the remaining pallets and send them to your designated manager for takedown.
#7) Fill out the Tally entry in the bottom right corner of tally under the “breakdown” section and take a screenshot to send to your designated manager.
#8) Return the pallet jack and plastic wrap to where you got it from.
