1) As you walk in the store, clock in on When I Work.
2) As you arrive at the booth check in on Tally app and on GroupMe; for Group Me check in post in the following format in the check in/out page:
Selfie style picture with your face and the booth both in the picture.
“In (name of city/ store)“
Total number of starting units
3) Tidy up the booth. If there is any trash in the area, toss it. Make sure the display is presentable.

1) At 8:30pm begin writing the checkout post. You will need:
Picture of booth (Fully cleaned with inventory pulled forward towards front of booth).
Out (name of city/ store)
Total sales in dollar amount with what products you sold listed
Remaining Inventory
2) Check out on the tally app on the checkout section
3) Clock out on When I Work

1) Arrive by 8:30 for setup.
2) Find the front manager and ask them where the setup location will be.
“Hi I’m setting up the Lomi roadshow, what aisle do you want us to set up on?”
3) Head to the back of receiving and grab a pallet jack to move the pallets up against the specific aisle and grab plastic wrap to wrap any unused inventory that will be sent to the back of warehouse
4) Bring pallet jack and wrap to the setup location, use the pallet jack to move the pallets currently there into the nearest aisle (unless Costco staff offers to move them for you).
5) Go to the computer near checkout and ask for Costco staff to help print out large price tags and tag sleeves using the provided item numbers (lomi item number: 1430885)
6) Take clear pictures of each pallet as they arrive before cutting open the wrap.

7) Open the wooden Lomi crate, find the plastic bin inside, then grab the yellow envelope with setup instructions.
8) Unwrap two inventory pallets then position them in the designated spot behind the booth at a minimum of 4 units high. Then proceed to build the booth in front of the inventory to setup specifications.
9) Once you're finished setting up booth, take a front facing photo of the booth, take a photo for each pallet that is going back to receiving (they should be wrapped up for storage), and take photos of any and all damages caught while doing setup.
10) Throw away any trash from setup in the designated areas in receiving area. Plastic wrap and any cardboard go in their designated bailers.11) Complete the Lomi setup section in Tally and send the pictures to the designated leader.

1) At 3pm find the receiving manager, notify them the show is closing. Ask to have all storage inventory brought forward at 6pm.
2) At closing, head to the back and grab a pallet jack and plastic wrap
3) Once they bring the wooden Lomi crate out, start taking apart the display booth and putting the panels of the table in the crate.
Be sure to put the nuts and bolts in the plastic container.
4) Fill out check box list page in the folder and take a picture of it after you date and sign it to send it to your designated leader
5) Repackage the display Lomi back into its box and put in the Lomi crate on top of the panels and platform.
6) Put away other display items back into the plastic containers and put the containers in the crate.
7) Wrap up the pallets with all the remaining inventory starting from the bottom corner. Wrap each pallet with a minimum of 5 layers.
8) Take pictures of each pallet that's being sent out and any damages, list of any issues and total remaining inventory and send them to the designated leader.
9) Go into Tally and finish the Lomi takedown section.
