CHECK IN / OUT

  • 1) As you walk in the store, clock in on When I Work.

    2) As you arrive at the booth check in on Tally app and on GroupMe; for Group Me check in post in the following format in the check in/out page.

    • Selfie style picture with your face and the booth both in the picture.

    • “In (name of city/ store)

    • Total number of starting units”

    3) Go to the industrial refrigerators in the frozen food section and grab the eggs from the cooler.

  • 1) At closing, clock out on When I Work.

    2) Before leaving the booth check out on Tally app and on GroupMe; for Group Me check out post in the following format in the check in/out page

    • Picture of booth. With all inventory pulled forward.

    • Out (name of city/ store)

    • Total sales in dollar amount with what products you sold listed

    • The remaining inventory

    3) Remove ice packs from the ice chest, put the ice packs in the plastic bags, take ice packs from the cooler into the freezer section, put ice packs in the freezer and cooler in the cooler.

SET UP / TAKE DOWN

    • Box cutter

    • Close toed shoes

    • Name tag

    • Gloves

    • Pen

  • 1) Arrive by 8:30 for setup.

    2) Find the front manager and ask them where the setup location will be.

    “Hi I’m setting up the Green Pan roadshow, what aisle do you want us to set up on?”

    3) While in receiving grab a pallet jack to move setup pallets to client specifications and plastic wrap to wrap any unused inventory at the end of setup.

    4) Bring pallet jack and wrap to the setup location, use the pallet jack to move the pallets currently there into the nearest aisle (unless Costco staff offers to move them for you).

    5) Go to the computer near checkout and ask for Costco staff to help print out large price tags and tag sleeves using the provided item numbers. (1720300 1720301 1720302 1720303)

    6) Take clear pictures of each pallet as they arrive before cutting open the wrap.

    7) Open the plastic crate and find the setup booklet, then go to the “Roadshow Setup” page and fill out the form.

    8) Unwrap the inventory pallets and position them at the back of the booth and that the inventory is stacked at a minimum of 5 units high.

    9) Follow the setup instructions for the booth, be sure to peel off stickers of the display pans.

    10) Fill out the inventory sheet in Green Pan booklet.

    11) Throw away any trash from setup in the bailer in the receiving area.

    12) Complete the Google setup form in tally and send the pictures to the designated leader.

    13) Return the pallet jack and plastic wrap.

  • 1) At 3pm find the receiving managers and notify them the show is closing. Ask to have all storage inventory brought forward at 6pm.

    2) At 5:45pm take all of the dishes that need to be cleaned to the break room and wash and dry all the dishes.

    3) Take a picture of all of the dishes together cleaned and dried.

    4) Start putting all of the display pans back into their display boxes neatly.

    5) Clean the table cloths off and take the photos of them clean and fold them and put them away and start taking down the tables.

    6) Take the green pan booklet and fill out the end inventory sheet form, take a photo of the sheet, and put in the plastic bins

    7) Go to receiving and grab a pallet jack, plastic wrap, and an empty blue pallet for display inventory.

    8) Put all the display inventory on the empty blue pallet and wrap 5 layers of plastic wrap and secure the inventory and do the same to the rest of the remaining inventory.

    9) Take clear photos of all of the remaining pallets, fill out the form in tally, and send all photos to a designated leader for review.

    10) Return the pallet jack and plastic wrap.
